This menu represents our starter offerings as we begin building the business and establishing ourselves through our work. Each dish was chosen intentionally to reflect the foundations of Sri Lankan home cooking while allowing us to maintain consistency, quality, and care in our early stages.
All food is prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen at Hubb Kitchens, ensuring professional standards of safety and quality. As we grow and become more established, we look forward to expanding our menu to more fully reflect the richness, regional diversity, and depth of Sri Lankan culture and cuisine.
